I've been taking this for a few months now after enduring years of abuse and continuous high levels of stress at a former job and overextending myself in college. I take half a dropper in the morning, at lunch and before bedtime and I feel CHILLED OUT all day. The biggest complaint that comes with hemp products is taste. This product nails it! The vanilla flavor smells great and the taste is subtle. I got the 1000mg and started with half a dropper full in the ams. I then moved to doing a full dropper in the ams and another at night if my anxiety is high. Works like a charm without any of the side effects of hemp with THC products. Would definitely buy again.
