*1 Cup All Purpose Flour
*¼ tsp Baking Powder
*¼ tsp Salt
*4 ½ tbsp Unsalted Butter
*½ Cup Plus 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
*1 ¼ Cup Sugar
*15 - 20 Drops of Sugar and Kush Hemp Oil Drops in Vanilla
*1 Large Egg
*2 Large Egg Whites
*8 Marshmallows - Quartered
*⅓ Cup Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
*(Optional) ⅔ Cup Chopped Pecan or Walnuts
1 - Preheat Oven to 350°F. Coat bottom of 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray.
2 - Whisk together Flour, Baking Soda and Salt in a small bowl.
3 - In a small microwave safe bowl, gently bring butter to a hot liquid consistency. Remove from microwave and pour into a large bowl with Sugar and Cocoa Powder. Mix well.
4 - Next, Add Eggs, Egg Whites and Sugar and Kush Hemp Oil. Mix until glossy and smooth.
5 - Take dry ingredient mixture and stir together with wet ingredients in the large mixing bowl. Continue to mix ingredients well until a smooth glossy finish is achieved - about 1 minute.
6 - Pour mixture evenly into Baking Pan.
7 - Evenly distribute Marshmallows and Bittersweet Chocolate Chips to the top of the batter. If using Pecans to your recipe, sprinkle Pecans on top as well.
8 - Bake for about 25 - 35 Minutes or until ingredients on top are golden brown and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
9 - Remove from oven and bring to cool before serving.
*Baking note: A glass baking pan will take longer to cook than an aluminum one. Adjust accordingly.
