
Ingredients:
*¾ Cup Plus 2 tbsp Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
*½ Cup Granulated Sugar
*1 tsp Baking Powder
*¼ tsp Salt
*1 tsp Baking Soda
*⅓ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
*½ Cup Light Brown Sugar
*1 Lightly Beaten Large Egg
*2 tbsp Canola Oil
*1 tsp Vanilla Extract
*½ tsp Sugar and Kush Hemp Oil in Vanilla or Hazelnut
*½ Cup Black Coffee
*Confectioners Sugar for Topping
Directions:
1 - Bring Oven to 350°F. Using Cooking Spray, coat a 9 inch round Baking Pan.
2 - In a Large Bowl, whisk together: Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Cocoa Powder.
3 - Mix in Buttermilk, Light Brown Sugar, Egg, Canola Oil, Hemp Oil and Vanilla Extract using an electric mixer. Mix on high speed for about 2 minutes, then add hot coffee and continue mixing on medium speed until fully blended.
4 - Evenly pour batter into Baking Pan.
5 - Bake for about 30 minutes or until an insert toothpick comes out clean.
6 - After removing from the oven, let cake cool on a cooling rack and dust with confectioners
sugar.
