*1 TBSP All Purpose Flour
*½ Cup Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
*¼ Cup Sugar
*1 Large Egg
*1 TBSP Nonfat Plain Yogurt
*½ tsp Sugar and Kush Hemp Oil in Vanilla
*⅔ Cup Pastry Flour (Regular or Whole Wheat)
*½ Cup Cocoa Powder
*1 Large Egg
*2 Large Egg Whites
* ¼ tsp Salt
*1 ¼ Cup Light Brown Sugar
*¼ Cup Canola Oil
*¼ Cup of Hot Black Coffee
*2 tsp Vanilla Extract
*½ tsp Sugar and Kush Hemp Oil in Vanilla or unflavored
1 - Preheat your oven to 350°F. Using Cooking Spray, evenly coat an 8x8 baking pan.
2 - To prepare Cheesecake Topping: In a small mixing bowl, mix Cream Cheese using an electric
mixer until soft and creamy. Continue beating mixture and slowly add Sugar until smooth. Next, add Egg, Nonfat Yogurt, Flour, Vanilla Extract and Sugar and Kush Hemp Oil and blend until smooth.
3 - To Prepare Brownie Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together Flour, Cocoa Powder and salt.
4 - In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium to blend together Egg, Egg Whites, and Light
Brown Sugar until smooth. Add Canola Oil, Sugar and Kush Hemp Oil, Coffee and Vanilla Extract. Then continue beating until smooth.
5 - Add Dry ingredients to wet ingredients and blend on low until perfectly mixed.
6 - Pour half the brownie batter into Baking Pan and spread evenly. Take Cheesecake Topping
and distribute evenly.
7 - Pour remaining batter on top and spread evenly.
8 - Bake for about 20 - 25 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
