Better Workouts and Recovery with Hemp For Fitness

Health and wellness for women has evolved beyond Jane Fonda workout tapes and diet pills. Women are now working out right alongside men in crossfit, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. We are recognizing every day that we can push our bodies harder than previously thought. When we look at the big picture of self care, body image, and fitness, there is a recurring theme of recovery. We have to deal with aches and pains, we have to deal with the anxiety, we have to relieve emotional and physical stress.

Workouts are much more involved and focused than they once were.

We know we have to take care of ourselves and we have to balance family, work, fitness, and mental health, so what are the tools that help us do it? Much of how we all find balance comes down to the individual. How I manage my time and schedule may not work for you and vice versa. But what can work for many of us are recovery techniques. How are you recovering from workouts and dealing with anxiety? Are you taking over the counter drugs or prescription drugs? For me and many others we looked to natural alternatives such as Hemp oil and Hemp gummies. An assistant professor of pharmacology at Temple University, Dr. Sara Jane Ward, weighed in on Hemp.

Hemp gummies for pain, muscle recovery and sleep can mean Hemp for fitness has many benefits

Hemp is a naturally occurring compound found in hemp and it is non-psychoactive, in other words Hemp oil drops or 500mg Hemp gummies will not get you high. There is no concern with failing a drug test while using Hemp oil because there is no THC in the compound. You should always look for a certificate of analysis to ensure there is no THC.

You should always look for Hemp lab reports from a third party lab before making a decision on a Hemp brand.

Some of you may be concerned about Hemp oil side effects which is valid. In my experience I have not had any side effects from using Hemp oil and gummies, but that doesn't mean that there aren't any side effects. Hemp is not a magic pill, and won’t fix all of our ills. We still have to put in effort to better ourselves and achieve our goals.
