Heavenly Fudge Pudding Cake


*1 Cup All Purpose Flour
*⅓ Cup Sugar
*¼ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
*2 tsp Baking Powder
*½ tsp Salt
*2 tbsp Canola Oil
*½ Cup Nonfat Milk
*1 Large Egg, Beaten
*¾ Cup Brown Sugar
*1 tsp Vanilla Extract
*15 Drops of Sugar and Kush Hemp Oil in Vanilla
*¼ Cup Pecans cut in Halves
*1 ⅓ Cup of Hot Coffee


1 - Preheat oven to 375ºF. Evenly coat an 8x8 baking dish in Cooking Spray.
2 - In a large bowl, mix together: Flour, Sugar, Cocoa, Salt and Baking Powder. Stir Well.
3 - Slowly Combine: Egg, Soy Milk and Canola Oil into your dry ingredients. Stir ingredients until combined.
4 - Spread cake mixture evenly into Baking Pan.
5 - In a separate bowl, mix together: Brown Sugar, Hot Coffee and Sugar and Kush Hemp Oil. Let the mixture come to room temperature, then pour on top of batter.
6 - Bake for 25 Minutes or until cake is bubbling and edges are pulling away from the sides of the
baking pan.
