5-Minute Hemp Mug Cake

Simply combine into a microwave-safe mug:

  • 6 tablespoons of vanilla box cake mix
  • 2 tablespoons of softened unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of lukewarm water
  • 2 tablespoons of a beaten egg
  • Whatever dose of vanilla Hemp oil you are comfortable with

Microwave for 1 minute, add your frosting of choice, and dive in!

Hemp Vanilla Milkshake

Begin by combining in a blender:

  • 2 cups of softened vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of honey
  • Whatever dose of vanilla Hemp oil you are comfortable with

Process the ingredients until smooth. Pour the mixture into a serving glass, sprinkle with sea salt, and finish by adding your favorite toppings!

Hemp Vanilla Cupcakes

Start by mixing into a large bowl:

  • 2 ½ cups of flour
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

In the same bowl add:

  • 1 cup of milk
  • ½ cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of water
  • Vanilla Hemp oil.

Using a whisk, mix until ingredients are fully combined. Fill your cupcake tins about ¾ of the way with batter and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Finish by topping cupcakes with your desired frosting and chilling in the fridge for 15 minutes before consuming.

Hemp Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Start out by mixing into a bowl:

  • ½ cup of almond butter
  • ½ cup of coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • Vanilla Hemp oil
Gently fold in ¾ cup of dark chocolate chips using a wooden or silicone spatula.

Place dough on a lined 8x8 baking sheet, and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Finish by allowing cookie to cool to room temperature then dividing into desired bar sizes.

Hemp Whipped Cream

Begin by chilling a large mixing bowl in the freezer for 20 minutes. Once cold, remove the bowl from the freezer and add:

  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup of white sugar
  • Vanilla Hemp oil.

Whip the ingredients on high speed using a hand mixer, and lower the speed as the mixture thickens (make sure not to over whip!). Once finished, serve over your favorite desserts and enjoy!
