Nothing says ‘summer’ like a strawberry milkshake. Plus, this one has hemp in it to give your body that extra boost.
Ingredients:
- 10 frozen strawberries
- 1 large, frozen, ripe banana
- ¾-1 cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choosing)
- The dose of strawberry flavored Hemp oil you are comfortable with
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Start your smoothie recipe by letting your frozen fruit thaw at room temperature for about five minutes. Once they’re slightly soft, add your fruit to your blender, as well as all other ingredients, and blend. (Make sure your blender is hefty enough to handle all of it!) Soon, you’ll have 3-4 servings of creamy strawberryHempD milkshake. Yum!

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 pitted date
- The dose of flavored Hemp oil you are comfortable with
- ½ medium, ripe banana
- ½ tbsp. of chia seeds
- ¾ cup of spinach or baby kale
- 1 cup of ice
This one is simple: throw all of the ingredients into your handy-dandy blender and blend! Once it is the consistency you desire, go ahead and let your body enjoy.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 2-3 large, pitted Medjool dates
- 3 tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa powder
- The dose of hazelnut flavored Hemp oil you are comfortable with
- 1 large peeled, frozen banana
- ¼ tsp. of cinnamon
- 4 large ice cubes
Combine all of your ingredients into your blender until it’s the perfect, rich and creamy texture you desire. If you want a thicker shake, try adding a scoop of ice cream!

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup of packed, fresh spinach leaves

- 1 cup of chilled coconut water
- 1 inch of peeled knob ginger
- ½ cup of frozen banana slices
